Passing the Torch
I’m super excited to announce the passing of the Pink Chalk torch to fellow modern quilter Adrianne Ove of Little Bluebell. I will leave it to Adrianne to share her plans for where things go from here, but I will tell you I love the direction and her creative vision. I am certain it will be an inspired contribution to the online community of modern quilting.
Adrianne is an active member of The Modern Quilt Guild and served as President of the Bay Area Modern Quilt Guild for two years. She is also a pattern designer and photographer. Visual beauty is on the agenda! We are in good hands.
I’m moving forward into the next chapter of my creative journey with beautiful Pink Chalk experiences close to my heart and a sense of peace that I’ve expressed my creative truth for the last ten years in a community of supportive and like-minded sewists. With all my love, thank you for that.
Please give Adrianne a warm welcome!
Kathy

There is already some fun stuff in the works and I look forward to getting to know all of you. I’m excited to continue to share fabric and quilting news and also introduce some fun new ideas of my own. I have always admired Kathy’s authenticity and enthusiasm, especially when it came to the modern quilting community. Please pardon the dust as I get settled in. The pattern shop will re-open shortly and starting today you will find me here regularly on the blog.
Stay tuned tomorrow when we celebrate a new fabric release. Hint… it might have something to do with the stack up there on the left. : )

Adrienne-would you still have the PDF downloads somewhere? I finally found my invoice. It was 87244.
View CommentIt was late at night, purchased the bags & aprons (full price) but did not save to desktop or whatever I was supposed to do. Is there anyway they can be retrieved? I tried to plug in the ‘model’ code to no avail. Thank you, Susan
