What We’re Making! Children’s Undies by That*Darn*Kat

Becky made these cute Children’s Undies from That*Darn*Kat using thrifted fabric from a knit dress. The Undies don’t use any binding elastic bands. Cotton/Lycra rib knit banding was used on the waist and leg bands which can be found at any big box craft/fabric store.

The instructions in the downloadable pattern give great detail for sewing with or without a serger.

The perfectly finished seams look like they came right off the shelf at a childrens’s boutique.

Anna from Noodlehead has 2 blog posts about the Children’s Undies. Underwear and Knit Undies: Take Two.

Happy sewing!

  1. Heck I’d wear those myself! They’re great!
