I love her patterns. With 2 grand daughters, the geranium dress is on my list to make. It is adorable. I love this Wear I Sew feature!

“Charm” is the perfect way to describe this dress. It is so feminine – the neckline is so fresh and attractive. I just love it…all of it. Fabric is beautiful, of course.

#3. Slower, fewer, better. I feel that in my own quilting experience. Quilting should be enjoyable and with all the new products, techniques, books, etc. vying for my time and dollar, a little slower pace and reflection is welcome. I’m going to quilt better and enjoy more. I’ll still search out ways to use my time wisely though.

Looking at these sewing spaces is a favorite of mine also. AND “What Goes With What” is so much fun too! I’m a fan of this blog and a shopper here too. Keep the sewing spaces coming.

The bottom photo of just prints is, to die for! Do you carry all of those fabrics or did you get that photo from Diana?

Your blog was the most interesting and informational thing I have read about quilt market. Wow! Your eye for, and view of, what is going on in our quilting world was so thought provoking. Everyone else just wants to let us know that they will be getting in all this fabulous fabric and you actually told us about it and showed wonderful examples of what lies ahead. You leave me with the feeling that you actually care about what we might be interested in – I’m amazed! The others leave me with a feeling they just want my money. Sad. I want you to know that I am 100 percent with you on your opinion that there is too much “same old, same old”. No wonder the “modern” has emerged the way it has. It is different. Fresh. Basic, but imaginative. I also love that you chose three different BOMs to consider. All winners – my favorite is from Modern Quilt Relish. I love the idea of something so different that will look like nothing I’ve done before. The “new” energizes and refreshes. Thanks for your “take” on fall market. I thoroughly enjoyed it!
