I am enjoying all of these Work Studio posts, but this one is especially inviting. I like the mix of contemporary and older pieces, and I need one of those Aeron chairs, too.

Fall Quilt Market 2013 Trend Report
What a fabulous post! I read every word with great interest. You provided a lot of food for thought. I ordered both books by Twyla Tharp, pinned both images of Carolyn Friedlander’s booth (I am going to make wall hangings and group them the way she did – just love that look!!)

The most exciting thing for me to see is the introduction of cute knits, and the garment sewing. Love the Jordan Jacket and what I could see of AMH’s booth, and Amy Butler’s Duster. I primarily sew garments, but the quilting world gives me a lot of free-floating inspiration.
